summer training with Chad

Hi!

I have been thru vacations and work times and came up with the following dates to work with Chad:

June 19th, Friday - 3-6
June 20th, Saturday - 2-5
June 26th, Friday - 3-6
July 24th, Friday - 10-1pm

Believe it or not, these were the only days that did not conflict with someone's schedule. I have forwarded them to Chad for confirmation. Most are in June, but then Friday will be after Flag Corp starts (which is usually in the evening) and before Band Camp. Right now there are 4 of you (Taylor, Brynn, LeighAnn and MacKenzie). There may be more when we get the post cards out this week about WinterGuard participation.

Here is my thought. If there are 6 people, the charge will be $50.00. I think if there are more than that, we should still keep the charge at $50.00 and the rest will help us fund the snack shack. Otherwise, we will just split the $300.00 by the people who will attend.
